All products ship FREE of charge. There are no hidden freight or delivery fees. Shipping timelines typically range between 7–21 business days, depending on product availability, order size, and delivery location. All freight deliveries include forklift / liftgate service as part of the delivery at no additional cost.

Order Confirmation

Once you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation email confirming that we have received your order. Orders are then reviewed for availability and scheduled for fulfillment. If an item is on backorder or unavailable, we will contact you by email to discuss available options before proceeding.

Order Shipment

All orders ship FREE and typically leave the warehouse within 7–21 business days from the date of purchase. Transit times may vary based on product size, destination, and carrier scheduling.

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information within 24 hours of dispatch.

If you do not receive shipping confirmation within 21 business days, please contact us at Info@triumphliftus.com.

Shipping Method

Orders weighing 150 lbs or less ship via parcel carrier at no cost. Orders over 150 lbs ship via LTL (less-than-truckload) freight.

All freight deliveries include forklift / liftgate service to assist with unloading at the delivery location, at no additional charge.

Delivery Information

Forklift / liftgate service is included for curbside delivery only. The customer is responsible for moving the equipment from the delivery location into the final installation area.

To check the status of your order, please email Info@triumphliftus.com. Please allow up to 21 business days for processing and shipment before requesting an update.

Damages

Please inspect your shipment upon delivery. If damage is visible, note it on the delivery receipt or refuse delivery. If delivery is accepted, photos of any damage must be taken immediately.
